Can anyone in the house detail me on the procedures and necessary documentation needed to register a company in Ghana? I w'd like to know the cost involved as well. I got some documentation on investing in Ghana from the GIPC website, but information in there is about foreign investments and joint ventures. I want info on registering as a Ghanaian.

That's a good question there. Now that you bring it up...it's just occured to me I don't have the slightest idea how that goes about, but here's a good link that should help get you on the way. Keep us updated on how it goes just in case anyone else needs to do the same in the near future.

Thanks for the link SirP. I will take a closer look at it and see if I can get some info from there. At a first glance, it pretty looks the same as the information I got from the GIPC site. So bad they didn't leave an e-mail add. to send them a mail for further clarification.
